i have no idea if there has been another thread about this started, but, either the xp awarding is severely skewed or something is messed up, i understand that a lot of things go into a good Mech Lance, but how is it that i get three kill assists and zero xp points? Thats ridiculous imo, i have played every single mechwarrior universe game from mechwarrior one, to both Mechcommanders, and on into this Mechwarrior online. I think the game play is astounding and i love it but its very frustrating to spend a lot of time trying to cap an enemy base(only to get overwhelmed at the last second) and get no xp credit for it or having a huge multi mech battle and getting no xp credit for that either. I see people get zero kills and zero assists getting 400 or more xp from matches and it frustrates me that i work my butt off because i LOVE this game and get exactly jack xp for it. nothing for being a decoy, nothing for leading opponents into an ambush . ridiculous. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Is there an official thread that DOES explain how XP and GXP are awarded?
I'm not complaining about the amount of the award given, I just would like to know how it's given out.

I was hoping this thread was suggesting a better method of XP allocation than getting the bulk of XP from winning. Honestly most people learn more from losing.
