Suggestions
- ECM effect weakens as the mech takes damage, damaged electronics and shielding take their toll on the modules capabilities. Damage could also cause ECM to periodically shutoff and reboot giving small windows of opportunity.
- ECM stealth range reduced as the mechs weight increases. This gives a solid reason for bringing a commando. While allowing the Atlas to remain hard to detect, but not hide a whole team.
- ECM Disrupt mode should disrupt any and all enemy ECM within range. This would make ECM more important for first contact and flanking maneuvers of skilled squads rather then a simple 'lol missiles' module.
- BAP could allow a mech that gets under enemy ECM to gradually acquire a missile lock as long as they can keep an enemy mech targeted for 20+ seconds. The idea is that BAP increased sensor strength would "work or calibrate" to overcome ECM given enough time.
- Mech sensors could gradually work to overcome ECM, rewarding survival as long as you remain inside the ECM range.
- Add a system where when multiple friendly mechs target an enemy mech, their sensors co-operate and boost the ability to maintain a lock regardless of enemy ECM. (This could also increase missile tracking and reduce spread rewarding teamwork.
- ECM flat stealth cloud reduction (I don't actually like this idea, its to much of a blanket change.. but its an option none the less)
- Narc beacons could broadcast regardless of ECM and LOS. The broadcast duration should be reduced by a percentage if its under enemy ECM.
