Only makes sense to me if it has analog sensitivity... i.e. I can walk faster or slower like with a controller. Otherwise, no, I'm perfectly comfy with a keyboard.

I like... could be a good project for the shark tank... (the show, not the actual tank).

read the disclaimers for that show ... if you submit an idea but see a similar product come out you cannot sue them , seems like a major rip of tactic to me lol

Why not just use the throttle half of the Saitek Joystick controllers? Would it still override the keyboard/mouse?

I have one but when I saw how badly joystick users do in MWO I resigned myself to the keyboard/mouse.

It looks interesting, but I think I will go with the G-13

Looks interesting.
I briefly used just the throttle portion of a Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Flight Stick to achieve the same result. Didn't care for it, however. Perhaps if I used it longer I could have gotten used to it.
Ultimately, I ended up buying a Razor Nostromo. That is what works for me the best.

I have one, and it works fine. However, I would prefer an analog throttle for this game honestly. I would throw some bucks at this project, but it doesnt have enough primary buttons like a Nostromo and I would prefer a shorter stick with less travel so my arm is not so far off the desk. Overall, a good concept, just needs tweaking IMO.

In their posts they said they are working to make it shorter and improving the overall ergonomics.

Second on the throttle - I've considered getting a flight sim throttle stick just for MWO since having a full joystick just to use its throttle would be silly.
