Title says it all,
I've read it some where that the engine DHS are no longer 2.0, instead, all DHS, both internal and external, are rated at 1.4 now. Is that true?

engine sinks at 2.0 is intended. devs confirmed over thanksgiving

They are still 2.0 . I pilot many mechs with engine heatsinks only converted to DHS and have since they first added them to the game. They have not changed since going to 2.0 in cooling effect, i would have noticed a large decrease in cooling.
