I know that the archer isnt one of the announced Mechs, but it is an Iconic Mech. Piloted, by Jamie Wolf, Morgan Kell and other noted pilots of both the wolf dragons, the Kell Hounds, and the 31st Lyran lancers. I suggest consideration be given to implementing the archer as a mech in MWO, and as a heroic variant.

Youngblood's Pheonix Hawk sounds good as well. I'd love to see a hero Flea

The Archer is unseen.
So is the Phoenix Hawk.
Thus we will probably never see any of them, much less a hero mech variant.

Yeah, they said we won't see the unseen, but they didn't say we won't see reseen unseen. So, it's POSSIBLE we'll get new versions of the old, but they are amazingly tight lipped. Some of the reseens aren't THAT bad looking, and many are better looking than most of the other mechs we have now/are announced. All the millions of dollars we've given them through the founders program, and in buying MC, you'd think they might have the stones to bring in the reseen. They are mostly better builds, hardpoint wise, too, which would add to their popularity. The need to bring out a slew of new, much larger maps, and some different types of matches if they're going to keep ANYBODY around. But, certainly, I'd be happy with delaying the Clan invasion for a year or two so they can bring out most or all of the unseen, even as reseen. Besides, fighting in the last gasp of the succession wars would definately be a good time.

Not to mention that even if their netcode sucks they sure can make mech's look good.

Truly, they have great artists for this game. And I bet guys would VOLUNTEER to draw up some good new versions of the unseen just so we can have our beloved mechs back. I was reading this yesterday:

That's a lot of players who have been around long enough to have fallen in love with the old mechs. That's a lot of MONEY PGI can make, even if they resee them. And once they resee them, I think all the young-clan addicted mechwarriors will find they are great builds too.
