Here is your chance, post up a graphic that you think should grace the nose of my Mechpit.

If I were to own a mechpit, it would promininetly feature the Davion logo, aye. But it would more prominently feature something that might be - A: Not G rated, and B: Something one might say could have come off a WWII era warbird.

Although if I were to suggest something that was family oriented and WWII style, perhaps a caricature of Slim Pickens waving his hat whilst riding a thermo-nuke?

To be honest this is something I would love as a cockpit item 'bobble head' but it would make great nose art too.

Hmm. That's a good question, is your mech named Flying Mistress, and if not what is your mech's name? If I knew that I'd love to take a crack at drawing up some nose art based on it.

Without a name or a theme, it's too wide a scope to really come up with anything.

Hmm....a name...that is another good question...what should the name be?

Oh I know, for your mech yes. I posted that and only then did I realize what I had wandered into. Ooops.

EDIT - My mechwarrior's history and family has them as a Draconis March, so if I had an enemy symbol broken in half or whatever, it might be something a lot more akin to the masterpiece St George and the Dragon.

As for the name, I think that should be all you. I'd be happy to take a crack at a sketch / drawing once ye had one.

your my effin hero dude, this is epic.. wanted to do it for a longtime just too lazy i guess.

I always liked retro looking stuff so maybe this?


you can find alot of ideas by google images searching " ww2 plane decals" or "b-52 nose paint"
there has been everything from looney tunes to burlesque girls etc on these planes, and best of all, the paint isnt super detailed thus easy to apply while looking great.

I'd change it possibly to "the PPC wash" and put a ppc in her arms or the like

found this also, could be modified in a number of ways, changing text or backing logo to your house logo etc
