I understand this is beta, however, everyone would enjoy the game so much more if it didn't constantly crash out, get a FPS bug, or be rediculously unbalanced. I think the Devs should focus more on polishing the product you have, then move forward with content.

1) There are weapon hit detection and balance issues that ruin certain builds; this kills the individuality factor of weapons layouts, and ulimately the comfort level of pilots in their Mechs.

2) Constant client crashing, FPS bugs, and UI bugs(both in the Mech and in the Mech Lab) severely impact game play quality and player satisfaction.

3) What good is new content that cannot be properly explored because of these issues? It's like buying a brand new sports car....then pulling 4 of the 8 spark plugs out of the motor. Sure it runs, but it isn't quite right.

4) Been playing the Beta since October; every issue I have had as far as bugs and crashing are concerened, I still have and experience on a regular basis. I have reported them, and voted accordingly at the polls, to no avale.

5) Increase the rate of patching, hotfixes, and developer replies to legitimate concerns on the forums. Make the testers feel like time spent giving you feedback is being proccessed and used to make a difference. Then they won't become apathetic and stop doing so, which will ultimately cause product quality to suffer.

New content may make you some money, and it may peak some interest; but, if you want the game to be more then "just another also-ran", give us a refined and polished product that encourages gamers to come back for more. Then new content will really be the icing on the cake.

New content keeps the artists employed -- fixing netcode keeps the programmers employed. Unless you want REALLY shaky netcode, please don't ask them to make the artists fixt he netcode. ;_;
