This goes for all aspects of the game, from weapon balance to community features. Answer the poll and tell us how your answer affects how you see the game and generate feedback. Be specific where possible (because it's much harder to hide if you're lying and stories are cooler than lectures), and try not to respond negatively to anyone else's answer in order to keep this fair--just tell your story and don't worry too much about anyone else's, even if you smell BS.

I'm getting a strange forum bug where this is getting posted as poll-only despite not checking that box, I'll start a separate thread for people's stories if this one doesn't work out.

I play and know how programing works, basics wise. I can make edits and make sense of programming structures, but each game is like reading a different dialect due to how different two groups code looks.

Neverwinter Nights 2, SW:TOR (don't blame me for the game; I made sure the characters parried with lightsabers).

An excellent point, but I was more of driving at how having coding experience alerts people to the process, with all its ups and downs, of finding, reproducing, and eliminating bugs and the time and personnel constraints involved, I'll try and swap the choice to reflect this better.

I just play games, and have longstanding etc.

Objectively, I think PGI is adding content quite fast to MWO compared to just about every other online game i've played, it just had a much earlier point (counting from zero content to present) compared to other beta's i've played. Cept the diablo3 closed beta, that had less content compared to final product than MWO does (compared to MWO's "final" product of CM).

Personally, a bit disappointed initially, but thats because it was MWO vs my preconceived vision of what BT online should be prior to hearing about MWO. I had envisioned something similar to EVE but planetary based and with (MUCH) less spreasheets.

have some programming experience but not at a commercial level, graduate level.
