Account Locked Out

I'm a little perplexed as to why when there is an issue with MWO that the message system tells me my account isn't authorized when I go to log in. Wouldn't it cause less issues with the staff if there were messages saying it's a system issue and not anything to do with our accounts?

The server has been going up and down repeatedly over the last few minutes. That could be your issue.
