Hi,

Since the new patch my game crashes to desktop when loading into a new map, leaving my mech ingame. I now have my hunchie and Altas in game so unless my team wins it will be an expensive repair bill.

Anyone else getting this issue?

Yep. All the damn time.

This seems to only affect some people, because I'm the only one on my team getting it.

when i try to patch today, the download gets half way, and the program closses, this has never happened before. is this a server error ?????? need a fix!!!!!!!
all i can do is hope it comes back online soon.

i have tried to reboot several times, but the program just keeps closing itself half way through the patch.

djag, that's a different issue, also in the known issue thread.

A note on the CTD, it dropped me the instant I was hit with a large laser.

Yes, and it's very annoying, but as long as they are aware of the problem and take action soon I guess I will deal with it. I feel lucky this has been my only problem since I got in beta in early June.

I've had this problem since the November 20th patch and I've heard from others who had it longer than that. While I'm sure they're trying to fix it, don't anyone expect a solution 'soon'.

CTD bug is Well known and there are many threads about it. Only solution so far: wait for DEVs to fix it.

I get this in about one in every 4 drops.

I would like to say that I too experience this bug on occasion. Usually happens the first time I run the game for the day. Sometimes later. Game finds a match, I get the loading screen for the map, map finishes loading, and instead of switching to cockpit view, I find myself back at my desktop.
