[Suggestion] Removeable Actuators

As part of the TT rules, you could remove the hand and lower arm actuators, this allowed for more criticals to be freed up in the arms. It would be helpful so players can put an AC/20 in their arms, because some varients don't have the sufficient room. Removal of the actuators doesn't free up tonnage, it just gives more critical space. If you remove hand actuators, you would lose 20% of your armor swing, 100% if you remove both(arm swing like a jenner or catapult). You can't remove the lower arm actuator, unless you remove the hand actuator first. This would gvie more to the game and add more customization to mechs.

Please give thoughts on this subject.
