Returning to the game after taking a break(having waited for ECM as I want to pilot ravens).
Is the BAP worthwhile?

I actually liked the BAP before ECM was introduced.
Now there seems to be ECM around everywhere, which makes it rather pointless.
Until they change something about the way BAP interacts with ECM (read: is canceled by ECM atm...) i would not fit it, theres better things to do with that tonnage.

I still like BAP for pub games. Not everyone's gonna be in the ECM bubble all the time and I've had games where the map lights up with red by just going atop the hill. I use the extended sensor range module on top of it too.
Like ECM, it doesn't weight a lot. You can just easily sub out your AMS for it (AMS not so useful these days).

Alright. Debating about keeping it on my 3L for more weight for an engine upgrade
