I noticed that after I looked for the third time...
Time ran out? All I can guess without seeing the winning scoreboard.

There are ties. I had one in an 8v8 last night. The game is just really finiky about awarding them. You may or may not have gotten the proper xp gains, as I'm not sure if it goes by the scoreboard total or the summary on the right. By the scoreboard you were clearly awarded victory xp.
Basically it's a crapshoot whenever the time runs out, don't let it happen.

Ok, that makes sense. Both teams get a "Defeat" text but the XP is still earned by the team with the most destruction. Sort of makes sense.
Would have to see this as I have been on a TIE match before. So like I said looks like a bug submit a ticket for them to look over.

Double loss.
If it was a double win we would see 8 vs 8 battles where all 16 are AFK.

Wierd. since the XPs in the chart is unmodified (by premium) XPs, you should have gotten a total reward of 855 xp (570x1.5), so there is a 190 point disparity between the ammount listed on the left (570) and the ammount on the right (380).
What is interesting is that 380 is exactly 2/3rds of 570, so I wonder if there is a reduced reward for running out the clock?
