The problem isn´t solved.
Every primetime i do have this problem. Maybe a hidden queue??

Guys, i had the same problem.
Maybe it's your anti virus tool, you should try to deactivate it. Me I'm using AVAST and changed it to the "game mode". And now it's working fine. Maybe it blocked the exe file. Not sure.
It's only a suggestion, that doesn't means that it works to everybody but it solved my problem.

well...
i'm using avast aswell and facing the same problem.
for me, turning on the game mode didnt fix the problem since i already had it running in game mode.
but turning it off fixed the problem for now
maybe its avast?

there has been some issues with avast and its sandbox bull.
I used to use avast for around 5 years.
Now use windows essentials and not seeing any of these problems.
other people went from free avast to paid and never had a problem since.
