Why hasn't a form of report button been implemented into the game's UI both in-game and at the hub menu? Requiring players send in an email ticket discourages user-driven moderation.
Why doesn't MWO issue suspensions for players whose mechs repeatedly have no activity whatsoever? Many multiplayer titles these days track player movement and activity via stat-tracking/ game tracking in order for algorithms to automatically sort out players who are glitching out of maps, cheating, or AFK. Does MWO lack the ability to do this?
Why is there no quick-mute function for in-game text chat? This would go a long ways towards blocking spammers or belligerent players, and could then be used to revoke chat privileges if a player reaches a set number of mutes within a given timeframe.
These things are practically standard in most popular online games today.
