Does the PA bonus premium time not get applied to your account if you have not activated your founders time yet?

According to Crazycajun in the thread cited below, it adds a day to your banked time. So you wont see the extra day. But when you activate your premium time (ie press the button) you will see 31 or 91 days (depending on founder level) applied.
