It will allow you to toggle lag shield at will. Even for an Atlas. No effect on lights. B)

I'd settle for a worthwhile Master upgrade before that.

believe the devs have already said all additional skills will be Pilot Tree and require GXP. Remember, they want you to pay for the MXP to GXP conversion.
