If I am chosen for the Beta, what exactly will the team be looking for as feedback? I am dying to play this game, but I will not be a free loader. Please enlighten me on exactly what they are looking for. Thank you.

As every beta. Do every single thing you can think of and see if something breaks. For instance, if you jump on a tree and your mech bugs out. You'd have to try again and if it worked, make a bug report. ;)

Yeah basically doing BETA is about trying to do things with the game that may not be intended and may have been overseen by developers. Then also it's about general game balance fine tuning, also to stress test certain systems. Developers and Designers make mistakes (only human) and miss things, but obviously the developers wishes to put the best product that can. Your job is to help them do that.

So were really just trying every scenario to break the system? And if we find something, duplicate it, then report it? Gotcha! ;)

So right now, we are in break it mode, then, after open beta, and official launch, we break each other.

Moreso bug reports, feedback on latency, graphics, if the game runs smoothe on your pc, but im guessing mostly bugs (with instructions on how to replicate them) and how the game performs on your pc (ie memory leaks or the such)

It depends on the beta and the devs.

There may be days that the devs ask you to do only one thing such as "Everyone go to the store and buy something so we can test the load on the backend" or targeted loadouts on specific mechs for balance calculations.

All the people whom think that because they have a low end PC that they wont have any chance in the beta are wrong.

I'm pretty sure they wanna know how the older machines handle it, so they can set minamum system requirements.
