Why dump on his GPU? The game is CPU heavy and it is not optimized, so his GPU would not be under such heavy load to even know whether or not it is worthy.

I have a HD6950 and I get 20fps in a battle and 35 on idle...

Correct it is CPU heavy, but it still requires a good GPU, Bad GPU's still going to be put under pressure by the game even in its current state. He is using a media centre (HTPC) GPU essentially.

The 6950 you have is a good gaming card ( if its the reference model you can actually) bios flash it to unlock the locked shaders and make it into a 6970). But what CPU do you have it paired with?

How is this even possible.

What are the actual machine specs?

a GTX 560Ti, 32GB RAM and a i7-3930K? Way more than enough in any department.

Yep that there would make no sense.

Dukarriope don't use Fraps to messaure your FPS but press F9
Fraps goes at the FPS as well, but yeah i am dropping ATM more and more and have to cutt back.

CB i was at steady 30-50FPS at VH with my 6870...
atm i have to go to Medium for that.

@OP, everyone knows the game is not optimized well, but the devs have stated that they are doing many things to optimize the game. Shouting and raging on the forums really wont help, because your game will still run slow. Either buy a better card, or just give it some time. I would personally go with the latter. Also, what CPU do you have? saying its a quad core doesnt mean much, and this game is very CPU intensive at the moment. A quad core AMD cpu is not as good as a Quad core Intel CPU, and you can see the difference in the framerates

Because he has a low end media card that wasn't designed for gaming. The fact that you even posted this response clearly indicates that you have no business giving advice on the topic.

I love how this has turned into an intelligence war.

Look, I've got a i5-2500K, a Radeon HD 6850, and 16 GB RAM. A bit below on the processor, but higher on the card. But I'm running at 60ish FPS at High settings, getting down to 20-30 at max,

Look, you said that it looked like they were teleporting, it's being really jumpy...........What's your internet speed? Not what you're paying for, but what you're actually getting? Because it almost sounds like you've just got a crappy connection, because much worse computers can play this, though with the settings down a bit.
