Facerolled Again In Pug Game

Yeah this was the message that our new players in their trial Mechs were given after being totally facerolled again by a clan in a PUG match. This is why whenever anyone asks for a solo only queue all the clans object, it's because the fact of the matter is, most clans are choosing to faceroll PUG's rather than face other clans and a solo queue would put a stop to their farming.
Let's have that solo queue system please devs before all the new players and solo players get fed up and walk away.
Now let's watch all the objections from the clans and premades flood this thread to about 7 pages long. There is not one valid argument for not having a solo queue, it will not effect clans or premades as they can keep joining the normal queue, but soloist will for once be on an even footing with eachother.

People will say no solo queue because "we don't want to divide the playerbase, but that won't mean much if the playerbase is only a hundred or so people after everyone quits over this issue. I'd be open to the ide that they should force a 4 man team to be exaclty 4 like they do for 8, and put them in the same pool as the 8 mans, so that you could have an 8v8, 8v2x4 , or 2x4vs2x4, making it easier to find matches for groups.
On the other hand, having to have a specific number of people is a pain. Maybe phase 3 will help this by *hopefully* having a bias for groups to match against groups instead of slotting people against each other in queue order.

Yeah they had their web address then that message, I guess it was their way of flexing their e-peen, I never posted their web address as I think there are rules about naming and shaming, they were a German clan though, I just visited their forum and laughed at their code of honour.

I'm all pug all the time. Sometimes I get stomped, sometimes I do the stomping. I don't care, I know what I got myself into when I decided to pug. Would I welcome some improvements? Sure. AND THEY'RE COMING

Solo PUG queues are not coming, I am well aware of the phase 2 and 3 stuff and it won't solve this issue.

The solution is ingame voice chat.
I think you'll find the one major advantage of these "Premades" isn't some gulf of skill gap, it's simply the ability to communicate with one another.
Most of the premades I play with are random people, often who i've never met before. I suspect a lot of the premade teams people face and get stomped by are the same.
In other words, on a match by match basis you're not facing some group who's been playing with eachother for 10 years, it's a mish mash of mechs and people. The main advantage is in communication, and second to that is the advantage that know at least 4 of the 8 people on your team won't be farming or afk.

Join a house unit or a clan yourself and pay it back.
The posting of our websites adress is no act of humilation or boast.
Its just an Information for newbies who are in search of a unit or for players that are simply fed up with beeing exposed to the uncertainty of cooperation and skill of their teammates.
And who doesn't know it.
People simply scattering all over the field.
Others just running in to the enemy then complaining because they got stomped.
Then the all time favorite: people who are standing stonestill on top of a ridgeline getting headshoot by an PPC or Gauss sniper and complaining afterwards about aimbots.
Be done with it.
Join a unit or clan.
Stop PUGing ! Start playing!
