Does this happen to others, too?

I got many disconnects lately! They are so many DC`s that they are becoming regularly!
It started with the patch of 27.11.

Every 3 or 4 logins the server is being disconnect during the intitial process, where the MC, EC GXP, is being loaded into the front end.

Many times the DC occur, AFTER a match AND while the front is trying to actualize the mech from repairs&reload.

rarely the game disconnects during a match.


At first i thought it was because of the ISP problems (Telekom DTAG ping&PL problems, started 28.11 )but in the last days the ping problem was solved, and so the problem is not the ISP anymore...

Today i got 5 times DCed after a match and couldnt log into the game 3 times in a row.

Well, remember that you're connecting to a server cluster some 1500km from you. It might not be an issue between you and your ISP, but you're likely routing through dozens of nodes with no way to tell what condition any of those are in.

Presumably PGi will bring servers more local to you online eventually, but until then you might just have to deal with it. For the purposes of research, though, talk to other players in your region and see if they're experiencing the same problems.

Disconnects happen, but I must admit I get them much less than before the last patch. Actually I got like 5 disconnects in the past two weeks, and two of those were caused by my ISP. The game still needs some polishing, but they did a lot of good work.

Out of curiosity, where in the world are you?

I don't get disconnects that aren't my ISP being stupid, but I'm only a few hundred miles from Vancouver.

Yes, I experience the same. Never had a disconnect before, but since the patch it`s terrible.

its possible a ISP server problem (telekom and ISP who rent line´s and server from), pls look into the german language forum for more input.
