[Suggestion] Share Cbills

I would really like to see an option to share the earned CBills between all team-members.
Everyone should be compensated for their repairs/rearm-costs first, and the rest of the money is then handed out equally.
Everyone has different repair costs, an atlas whose role it is to draw fire will get more damage than a LRM boat that stays behind or a scout that stays out of action.
A real team-player can TAG and NARC all game long, inflict little damage and get no compensation for his services.
And an LRM-supporter sometimes spends more money on his ammunition than he gets after a victory.

So, to get more practical, I would like the opportunity for the group leader to enable/disable before each match how the earnings should be shared.
To avoid abuse, only players with 500+ games (just a random number) should be allowed to participate. Everyone with that many games has enough money to not depend on others to drag him through (...for example until he can buy his first mech).

I'm sure that teamplay could only benefit from a fair sharing system.
I don't like feeling bad for players that aren't that skilled or have roles that only allow them to inflict less damage than they could.
And it would feel better to earn for the team and not just shovel into your own pocket.


Please be constructive with your answers and pray for PGI to read and think about this idea. :-)

Why do you want to distribute it equally instead of giving more to people who contributed more?

Oh, and PGI has already thought about the idea and apparently decided to do something different.

I don't think "contributing more" can be accurately measured by the existing values like damage/spotting you do.
Running back and defending your base, TAG/NARCing, staying back to defend and nobody ever attacks... you do that for the team but it won't show up in your statistics.

The new system is just sad...
Doing a lot of damage yourself to get a lot of money (old system) was bad.
But doing more damage than your teammate to get a higher ranking than him and getting a nice bonus (new system) is... really BAD.
I'm sorry, that's my point of few.
If there is a way to encourage team-play, it should at least be considered.

Team rewards should only apply to pre-made Lance or Companies that drop. PUG should be how it is now.
