I will not go into the details, as it would be rather long-winded. <enter,enter> Short version...Emails were exchanged, and I had the problem solved. Was a situation where PGI/IGP had no obligation to help, as it was my own stupid fault. However, I was helped, and helped in a way I thought to be friendly and pleasant. <enter,enter> So I'd just like to thank Reppu, PGI and IGP, [EDIT: and Justin Xyang], for great customer relations. (Satisfied customer.) Thanks.
