The current implementation of ECM has icon pop up on your hud if you are successfully under ECM coverage.

I would suggest the same visual cue should be available if you are being targeted by a TAG laser or have a NARC beacon attached. Your teammates can tell if you are being impacted, so presumably this isn't meant to be a 'secret'...

HUh? YOu already get icons if your Tagged or Narced.. at least everyone else does:)
