Well the servers and probably forums and everything will be coming down soon for MWO's latest patch. I'm still unsure of it -- it has some good points, and then some utter gaffs -- but here's hoping everything turns out for the best and we see a net improvement for the game.

So good luck, both to PGI and to the players waiting with baited breath.

I'm sure the servers will come back on like they always have, but with a new, better game mode, and a new mech, which I will be getting.

I am sorry to see R&R gone. I am happy to see the bonus for new players. I could care less about the Stalker. I can't wait to try out the new Game Mode.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way – in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only.

Wow. Utterly apropos!

PS - Still hate R&R being removed. ;)
