we presume this means ecm in counter mode not disrupt mode
we presume this means countering only the closest ecm mech in disrupt mode

elaborate as to what this means when more then one mech is in counter and more than one mech is in disrupt on the other side. does this mean only the closest mech will be fully countered if only one mech is closest to all opposing mechs?
