Flame is interesing thanks to its symmetrical energy hardpoint over the arms and torso mounted ballistic, Fang only adds cbill boost.

According to the patch notes, both are supposed to provide the bonus.

I meant that fang isn't that different from 5N/1N or 1C, so it's like any of these 3 with added cbills bonus. The "fresh" and "different than usual" version is Flame :)
