I just saw that I have been credited the cadet bonus in C-Bills; I must have received somewhere between 5 and 7 Millions.


I had already more or less given up on the game since I had a fully equipped Jenner which was a dream to pilot, but grinding another 6 Millions for the next 'Mech seemed utterly unattractive*. With a bit of cash in my hand, I'll just build another sweet ride and hop around the battlefield.


So thanks for bringing the game back to me!

* Disclaimer: Yes I know that I could've just bought a new 'Mech via MC. But I did not want to do this, thinking that "if you use MC once, every grind from them on will feel extra frustrating and like work".

you know the real reason, for this... IS NOT SO YOU feel better.... ITS for the starting players, to have an easier time getting the mech they want. so now 25 matches equal any mech instead of 25 matches equal a light that you may not even want.

If you had exceeded 25 matches, you were sent a lump-sum payment of 7.2 million c-bills

If you played less than 25, you were given a proportional lump sum and have a cadet bonus until you reach match #26.

I have saved 27 mil for Stalkers...but thx anyway.Maybe I will buy D-DC to be ECM badass
