FreeTrackNoIR Beta 1.60 now includes a "mouse look" function. This means you can now move your mech's torso, or look around your cockpit, without using the mouse. However out of the box the tracking is quite slow and clumsy, and so you will need to spend a bit of time performing trial-and-error with the response times and dead zones.
