this happened to me one time pre-patch
i can't say if it was related to alt tabbing out, because i rarely have a need to alt tab while in game... but it is possible that i could have been messing with Ventrilo
it was the reticule for the arms that was stuck to the left side of he screen

This has happened once. I have tried to reproduce, but been unable to so far. I will keep trying. I could also not get it to go away by alt-tabbing out. I also tried switching from full screen to windowed with alt-enter several times and could not get it to clear up. I have been fortunate with the extremely low amount of bugs I have been experiencing all the way back into early closed beta. I rarely get them and they seem to come totally at random.
@Dagger6T6, it was the same for me, stuck all the way to the left. I was also unable to gain lock with my LRMs which were in the "arms" of my 'Pault C-1 when this happened.

I'm getting the stuck cursor every match I play in, even if I don't alt-tab at all. I've restarted both the client and my computer, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling MWO. As it stands, the game is unplayable. I swapped mice to see if maybe it was a hardware issue, but 3 mice later it still happens every game.
My system is:
Windows 7 64 Ultimate
Intel i5 2.8ghz
12 gigs ram
ATI 5850

My cursor becomes stuck and the keyboard w,a,d,s, becomes very sluggish to use, well unplayable. RATS5 mouse. Will still work with my wireless mouse. But keyboard useless. Does not happen all the time, some maps were fine then during game mouse stuck and keyboard became useless, wireless mouse was still ok. AMD FX 8 core 3.89 G, 8 g ram, 2 x GTX 460 SLI, Win 8 Pro 64
