So, I've ran into this twice now, with Standard and FF armor. The location list will show current/maximum, but I can't get some locations to the maximum. I have the armor in my inventory, there's space in the maximum, but I get "Avbl 0". Reducing armor elsewhere doesn't help, I can't get that section higher.

It's particularly noticeable on the Commando, where I can't equalize the armor on my R and L torso. (Note: I realise in the screenshot my Commando's weight is maxed - I started this post when I ran into the same problem on the Dragon. Pulling off equipment to free weight does not allow more armor to be put on)

What's up with that?
