Ppc And Erppc Are Hard To Tell If There Doing Anything.

So I understand the actual shot from these weapons moves much faster now, but the graphic moves at the same speed, showing a red recticle when hit before the shot arives. It is making it hard to aim, because you have no visual que on how to lead since the shot graphic has lag. Also it seems like the actual damage from these is hit and miss now. Hit a non moving atlas dead center torso, and no blinking armor change, even though the reticle was red indicating a hit.

I wanted to make a copy of the grand dragon today, but these weapons are still unreliable.

I use 2 ER PPC on my RS (among other weapons of course) , and I too have noticed some wonkyness. It's hard to tell if it's the generally ****-tier netcode, or a bug with the weapon itself.

Wanted to mount some ER's on a stalker (because the points are above the head) to see how it handles as an energy sniper. Havent tried yet.

Seems alright. The speed boost was definitely necessary, but now they just need to tone down the heat on ERPPCs, change the minimum range mechanic on the PPC to something else (recoil damage?), and add the secondary canon side effects (heat transfer, UI scramble, ECM effects, etc.)

6PPC Stalker works as intended...makes more people cry that aimbots are around... ;)

on a serious note: hitreg on the PPC is still bugged.

Despite PPC's apparently moving faster, they still have absolutely terrible accuracy.

Wow, crappy. Are all the projectiles desynced from their actual speeds now?

I've been hitting very reliably. No complaints. Then again, I thought the speed buff was unnecessary.

Actually I ran a single ER PPC for 10 matches today and was really happy with how it went.

Prior to the change I literally could not hit the side of a barn door (but was razor accurate with the AC's <?>)

Like the PPC change.

Just want to say that in previous games running a few PPCs(3/4) would have been devistating. Today I ran a 4 PPC Cataphract and had only one decent match. In one bad match I must have laid 35 PPC shots into an Atlas at 200m - 600m. I didn't even make one hard point red.

That being said, I don't know if its a registering problem or the damage needs to be increased on PPCs. As of right now they are nearly useless. Certainly not a primary build.

Still not as effective as a weapon that actually hits what I point it at. (lasers)

Even with the speed buff PPC shots were given, I still find that I don't care for the weapon in this incarnation of MW. For the heat they generate, I think they should have a bit more punch.

4 PPCs and 5 SSRMs on a Stalker is quite fun. But would be more fun if the PPCs actually hit where I am aiming at.

I'm extremely excited for the ECM effect, whatever it may be. Right now PPCs don't really seem to pull their weight compared to large lasers. I usually play a light and I can't remember the last time a PPC hit me, while LLs are a considerable threat in the right hands.

3xPPC spread in two arms were working for me. Not enough time to see if bugs don't crop up.

I've had three matches where I've gotten over 600 damage using x3 PPCs, and 1 SL on my Awesome 8Q. My record right now is 743 but our pubs split up for some reason and got slaughter and I was the last man.

just had a go today, a match or two checking out the erppc. it's easier to handle with regarding leading shots but it would appear to be ranged for 2000m cause the right arm mounted one in the awesome still curveballs around a 600-700m target too easily.

I killed myself with my experimental 6erppc build went supernova on caustic lol and the worst part is I got a headshot on the opposing atlas >.< such a waste! 3 wouldve killed him just fine XD
