In the Mech Lab there's no way to group weapons before a mission.
If there is one, I'm not seeing it ;)
It would make games start smoother with this ability.

I agree. It should be allowed while waiting for the match to start too.

I very much agree that the pre-match loading should be allowed to switch up some weapon groups. Maybe even just during the 10 second countdown.
