I have the option to start a poll in General Discussion, but that option has disappeared from the Clan Forum. Did we lose Polling privileges?

Edit: Confirmed occurring on Chrome, IE, and Firefox. Windows Vista.

I can not create a poll in the Clan Forums (I would like to), but I can elsewhere. The option is not available when on the new topic screen. I guess my questions would be "Can anyone else confirm this? If so, can we fix it?"

Can't start a poll in the Clan section too.

They probably removed the option so one needs to start the topic in "General Discussion". This way the Moderators are fully occupied with moving the topics and so have no time bugging the devs for early beta access.
