I do not want to use the support mail system to ask gameplay related problems. Guess they are flooded with more serious topics there...

But where can I post such questions, if I don't get an answer in the player support forum?

The support mail support@mwomercs.com is for technical and gameplay questions alike. Have no fear sending your questions there. Just don't expect immediate answers. They'll need time to process the mail and are not yet available on a 24/7 routine.

Most of your gameplay related questions will be answered in the player support forum though. Just like your original thread already produced an answer.
