Crossfire from ATI radeon.

In many games, it boosts your main video card. This is a good thing and useful. I have been 2x5770 in my rig now for a while. I disabled crossfire in software (still have the physical link inside) for various reasons. I forgot to turn crossfire back on, and started up MWO.

FPS went up slightly.

I do think this has to do with the game being DX9, but for right now disable crossfire for (possible) improved FPS.

I would have to second that. My 6850's in Xfire only improved my FPS ever so slightly. I disabled XFire. because the FPS rates were negligable to none. I really hope they can get this game coded soon for multi GPU support soon.

Yeah I had a boost in FPS running my "NVIDIA" cards in SLI, and a friend has had a boost running his ATI cards in crossfire, "BUT" it's not officially supported yet for either...
.
Will wait for optimization, "YOUR" little FPS boost is not ATI specific for using (2) video cards in crossfire, or running "NVIDIA" in SLI... Sorry

I'm sorry, I'm not exactly sure what you meant by "ATI/SLI specific".
