For me, I typically get 1-2 kills, 4-5 assists, 3x component destruction , 1x spot, and roughly 250 damage on average (I know, room for improvement)

Lets see what that would grab me on a loss:

25,000+10,000+37,500+7,500+6,250+2,500= 88,750 (I'm tired and bad at math so I may need some correcting)

88,750 for a loss.. hm.. what do I typically make for a win? 90k-100k. I don't see a huge difference. :P

Technically your correct but how often do you get 2 kills and five assists on a loss? I don't know how things go in 8 man groups, but when you play in 4 mans or pubs one team usually steamrolls the other decisively.

This. I PUG almost exclusively, and it's 8-2 or worse 75% of the time, a wash / capture 15% of the time, and a good, competitive round maybe 10% of the time.

I've gotten pretty good at getting the only kill or two on a ****** team, but there's still a big difference between a win and a loss financially. Especially with salvage.

Right, but when you win by SNEAKY SNEAKY BASE CAPTURE you make basically the same amount of CBills as you make when you lose. This is the problem. If a three-mech team you send to ninja cap the enemy base instead stays back and helps to fight the enemy team, everyone makes more money (and probably even still wins!), whereas the way it is you make a ѕhitload less money despite winning because the five 'Mechs you leave behind to tangle up the enemy team gets mowed down and don't get the opportunity to fight. If it's not a viable tactic to capture bases anymore, Assault Mode is just glorified deathmatch with a built-in way for idiots to grief everyone.

capture and capture assis should be the same, aswell as Kill and Assist should be the same or both should be based on amount of damage done or time put into capping

I agree rewards should be based on damage done and amount of time capping/defending. might help prevent as many people from joining and then immediately DC'ing.
