I've been playing for several months now and have a question. Is there a way to see weapon layouts on your teammate's mechs? I can't count the number of times I've asked as the match begins "what is your loadout?" to fellow teammates (and friends for that matter).

No way that I know of, short of dying and polling loadouts from the ghost seat.

I have to ask in every match if anybody is using LRMs so I know how important it is to keep my target locks. Now when the match starts, unless it is obvious or I am really starved for ammo, I fire off most of my weapons at a cliffside or a building so that my team at least have a vague idea of what I am using.

This is to avoid a "cool story, bro" in response to my "Brawler here" "LRM boating" "PPC Awesome" etc.
