hey all,

I just signed up for the open beta and downloaded the tiny client file, I am currently trying to find the button to click that would either start downloading the game or let me log in... no luck sofar.

all I get is the screen with the large advertisements and the links at the top of the window are links to the website... and as far as i can tell it is not downloading the game automatically...

how do I get in the game?

Actually that might be what you already downloaded. Go into your windows hard drive ( C: default ) and goto the games folder. In there you should see a folder for Piranha games/mechwarrior online/bin32

In the bin32 folder click on the MechWarriorOnline.exe to launch the patcher.

With that up there's the button to patch which will download and patch everything for you.
