Pfft. All it takes to get an international release these days is a bit of fairy dust and happy thoughts, right?

Personally, I just think this is payback for Europe getting to see Avengers a week before we did.

really? where was Blizzard's fairy dust and happy thoughts?

A well known company that has had its hands in the pockets of its fans for quite some time, had trouble releasing a game they've developed for 12 years, for NA, EU and Asia.

Would you like to say that again?

So, I WANT to snag an Atlas. Always loved the assault mechs and the Atlas has always been a favorite as it fits me as a person. My only concern is groupability and tonnage limits. The Atlas is a slow mover and best used as an assault/battle centerpiece. Will that make it more difficult for me to find a group and progress in game though?

I could say it again - but unless you get your sarcasm detector calibrated first, the outcome would likely be the same.

I'd have to calibrate your IQ first.

With all the pixie dust floating up there.

Obviously someone thinks they can run a company.

Huh. OK. Obviously the same outcome. Let me try this again, and I'll be really explicit this time, and maybe we can get past this.

I was agreeing with you. The people crying about it being released in North America only obviously haven't got the first clue of what it takes to actually make an international release happen.

I'm not at all sure how you took a comment based on Peter Pan as a serious critique of your idea that it was hard. I mean really - you say "It's hard!" and I say "Use pixie dust!" and you think I'm saying it's easy? Your sarcasm detector doesn't need calibrating, it needs installation. So please, just take my word for it that I have the exact same view on it, and let's move on, K?

P.S. I actually do run my own software company, BTW ;)

3 simple questions:

1) As italian fan, the first news about closed beta only for US broke my heart: How could u hit so hard the fans of a lifetime only because we are not US?

2) I can bet there are some (many) "HARDCORE" fans out there, so u should give the chance to buy all the three packs with some bonuses (no more than one pack of each kind, of course). I'll do it for sure!

3) If u cannot offer these packs for non-US player, can u give us the chance to buy those pack as a sort of pre-order to give us the chance of being founder even if we cannot partecipate to the closed beta? we will not support the game as beta testers, but it can help your founds anyway...

I believe it has been stated that it is open to everyone regardless of geographic location, however, the servers are just going to be located in North America for the closed beta.

Ok, ok...so the new and branded game is F2P. But... Will be the guys who don't pay just a duck to be shot by the guys who are paying? That's the real question that needs to be answered...

This questioned was answered. A long time ago. Please search and read the many sticky'd threads explaining how the game works and how they plan on avoiding pay to win.
