So what do we do if the system profiler gets the system specs wrong? It is only showing one of my hard drives and can't find my WEI #. Is there a way to manually add that information?

The System Profiler kinda sucks.
Errors out on gathering the WEI on my machine and does not get my GPU but takes my LogMeIn Mirror Driver for that . . Hand edited some things in . .

Also does not seem to make much of a difference between harddrive speeds and just looks at size and how much empty space is there for usage . .

Go to your control panel.
You should have something called performance tools or something like that in there.
do the normal indexing that windows offers at Vista and 7.
The WEI is the Number on the right.

I put in my system profile information manually, since I don't actually have that system yet.

How long do we have until we have to pay for the special editions? I'm probably getting the Founder's Veteran Edition.

This is all good but I think the one outstanding question, the answer to which would help a lot of people, is whether or not in the event of EU or other regional servers being established people will get at least one free transfer of all their assets and progress on the NA server to the new server of their choice.

A yes to that would pretty much seal the deal completely, I think.

Awesome news, but what if you have say 3 or 4 systems kicking around to beta on? i have one AMD Crossfire x rig one SLI rig(Ok its under construction but should be done soon) a PC with a single 6950 2gb and a system with a single nvidia card plus I will have a Cyberpower PC kicking around for a week or 2 to review with the new 7870. I would love to thrash MWO on all of my multimonitor setups and see how my hardware reacts. Any way I can enter my other systems, specs?

i'm in Oz, and an international server worries me not... considering i used to be happy if my ping was under 1300 to play games some years ago, i think i'll be happy with todays pings. lag shooting was an art that thankfully has been almost los-t

that said, if i'm forced to play solely on NA servers, i won't complain... a mech game is still a mech game, regardless where its based.

So much for the copy/paste idea. It won't save that info in the input box ( as far as I can tell ). The system info program won't work because anti-virus hates it, and thus so do I, and manual input appears to not be an option. I'd sure like to participate, hoping I still can. Thanks folks!
