Does anyone else notice this in the announcement "We may also" this is no guarantee that any one outside the Yanks will get any bonuses what so ever, they will probably give all the bonus places to the yanks and then months later when and IF they do make non - Yank servers ( also no guarentee about this) we will get nothing or get charged double what the Yanks paid.

I for one wants guarantees.

1) There will be non-NA servers.
2) The founder bonus for the non-NA players will be as good as or better than the one the Yanks get.
3) We will be charged the same amount (after exchanging into $) or less than the Yanks were charged.

To me everyone above Mexico is a Yank, the same was as to everyone in NA anyone from the UK is English, I personally come from Wales and find being called English by Yanks to be very insulting.

Sounds to me like they are saying they will release more info shortly regarding the EU and other servers and when that info is released they suggest you apply to your region.

Also they are saying if you get lucky enough to be invited onto the US server the experience might not be as good if you live outside the US.... I just hope I get the chance to try it

Anyway, the beta launch is great news, it just made my day a lot better.
One important thing though, one which as far as i know doesn't have an answer yet: What criteria will be applied when picking closed beta participants?

We're pretty terrible at EVE, but good at World of Tanks (SA clans control most of Europe on the NA servers of WoT) and our entire tanks clan is salivating at the prospect of coming to MWO.

I suspect we'll aim for FRR just for the troll factor, and to counteract against the inevitable hordes of Davion players.

Now I know that WEI is way above 5.0.

Anyone know how to re-assess this setting?

You need to re run your Windows Experience on your PC as it sounds like you may have never run it. Are you using Windows 7?
