When the Clans do arrive and become available to players as a Faction choice, have you thought about private combat drops for the purposes of Role Play.

In this I mean 'Trials'. The Clans are famous for solving problems through combat (Trial of Grievance, Trial of Refusal, Trial of Possession, Rite of Absorption...)

Of particular interest would be the Trial of Grievance and the Trial of Possession.

With the Grievance a private drop opens up where the two (or possibly more) combatants drop and where others can fulfill the role of witnesses to the trial.

With the Trial of Possession a special social channel opens up between two competing groups for a Batchall. After which, the winner will drop with what is agreed upon to fight against their Opponents (Typically if this is against the IS, the IS would probably use their full force, but that would be their choice).

This would allow for a chance for Role Play, allow IS forces to better handle Clan forces and Allow a legitimate way for Canners to fight for Bloodnames or Ranks within there Clans.
