This is a request for an option to buy a Chassis only. Most of the cost of buying a new variant of a 'mech to work on its 'mech exp is in buying the engine and the weapons. In my case I just rip all of that out and make up my own somewhat more heat efficient versions. I also swap engines between the 3m I kept as my main use Cicada and the other variant I bought to gain exp in. In other words I spent 2mil+ per each Cicada chasis and sold all of the extras to gain 1mil back, dropping 1mil each in wasted cash because I didn't have this option. I loathe to think how much money I will have to spend when I start working on my Awesome/Catapult masteries.
