Narc Beacon Ecm Orver Ride.

Right now ECM is OP and NARC Beacon is useless.

IMO the NARC Beacon should over ride ECM on the mech it is attached to but not the other mech's covered by ECM.

i.e Atlas AS7-D-DC w/ECM and 4 other mech's near any of those mech'***** with a NARC pod should light up for the 20 sec's (or reduce back to 15) but if hit with a missles/lasers/ballistic weapons the pod has a 33% chance of being destroyed.

If the D-DC is hit with a NARC pod he can be targeted for 20 sec's but the other 4 mech's are still protected by the ECM from the targeted Atlas.

This will help reduce the effectiveness of ECM and give a purpose for NARC beacon as at this time no one will waste 2 slots and 3 tons for a limited use weapon with only 6 shots per ton, but if it could target over ride on a mech it would be used. (even Jenners would become useful again).

Affected systems include Artemis IV, C3 and C3i Computer networks, and Narc Missile Beacons.

BECAUSE it also says;
Sensors can sometimes override this jamming, though by that point the enemy unit is already within visual range and can track the opposition with their own eyes. (we do not have the over ride option)

BUT the ECM in game still gives blanket invisibility even when you can see the mech
