There should be a way to tell which mech has active modules. I have 16 mechs and have 3 modules. There's no way to tell which mech has them except by clicking on each mech in the mechlab then clicking module. It's a pain. Maybe a little icon within the mech icon at the bottom of the screen would work best.

You do realize that your suggestion would actually ease the use of an exploit.
I'd rather like to see a way of acquiring large amounts of modules for reduced prices so that one shouldn't resort to moving modules around, aka exploiting, to save CBills.

Hmm I guess I didn't think of it as an exploit. I agree if you're not supposed to move them around they should be a bit cheaper.

I dont know if you noticed but when you click on a mech in the mech lab at the bottom of your weapon load out it tells you what modules are equiped to that mech. They put it in the Dec 18th patch. You no longer have to press the module tab.

And moving them around isn't exploiting. There's a reason they cost large amounts of Cbills and GXP.

Wow SixStringSamurai thank you. I didn't see that. It isn't too obvious but it works.

yea I know....even the devs have said they are to be moved around between mechs, "unless you as lazy as I am and just buy one for each mech" I think is what one of them said

It gets locked into the mech while it's in a match. It's the same exploit as refiting your mechs with different weapons...

I would like to see a colored number in a circle at the bottom of the mech portrait, telling you how many modules are equipped.

I'd be happy with a "Flush all modules from mechs to inventory" button :D

It's not an exploit so don't worry about it. Everyone moves them around. It is pretty dumb to pay 6m per mech. Kinda stupid to allow you to remove them if they weren't meant to be removed, right?
