One of the older MW games had two keys. One to align your torso to your legs (like the current "C" key), but another key that did the opposite: align your legs to your torso.
So when you're running round with your torso turned to the max right, you could hit the key and your legs would turn to match what you're looking at, and start heading that way.

It makes more sense to me to align the legs to change course towards what you are looking at, than the other way around, to be honest..And in combat, you would probably sooner need that ability, than you'd need the present 'C' function.
So I would love to see this as well!
