Anyone else noticing things are a little more stuttery than usual?

Other online games are acting as they always do, but MWO is being a bit of a dog. I've run pingtest.net 7 or 8 times over the past few hours and had a stable 257ms ping to Toronto and 220ms to San Francisco with 0% packet loss and <1ms jitter (In other words, all normal), yet I'm seeing a lot more rubber banding than usual and I can't hit a damn thing.

had the same trouble... then realised the power pack to my laptop wasn't switched on XD

sorry not much help there.
