I'm likewise. But my response is like:

Me: "Merry Christmas!"
PC Person: "Say 'Happy Holidays' so you don't offend non-Christians like me."
Me: ".................................................F*CK you, a**hole, I was having a conversation with Jesus! How about you non-Christians stop eavesdropping on conversations that aren't directed at you?"

I usually bust out the ol' stabbin knife after that, but there's no point in incriminating myself....
