The Atlas-D has two missile hard points in its left torso. 10 tubes on the shoulder and 6 tubes on the hip are drawn on the 'Mech. If I put two LRMs both will fire from the 10 tube shoulder and two SRMs will fire from the hip. In both cases each hard point can use the tubes at the same time. The hard points are not restricted to the specific set of tubes. The same is for the D-DC which as three hard points, none of which are restricted to original tube sets. (Three SRM6s will fire simultaneously from the hip launcher.)

The Stalker-5M has 2 missile hard points in its left torso. Only 6 tubes are visible on the 'Mech. If I put 2 SRMs, one will fire 6, the other will fire 1 at a time through the undrawn NARC tube. Same goes for LRMs.

I'm not questioning why you can't fire more missiles than you have tubes. I'm questioning why if on the Atlas-D two LRM10s with fire all 20 missiles through the 10 tubes and not force one to go through the 6 tubes at 6 and 4, why does the Stalker-5M restrict a hard point to the single NARC tube (that I can't visibly locate)?
